Looking for the best pumpkin bars recipe? Look no further!

I have been making these bars over and over again these past few months. All six of my kids love them and pretty much beg for another batch as soon as they’re gone.

They are soft, moist, full of that cozy pumpkin spice flavor and lots of gooey chocolate chips, PLUS this recipe uses the whole can of pumpkin puree! Hooray!

I made these bars for a fun fall dessert and they were amazing. The whole family enjoyed them. They had a great fluffy texture and delicious pumpkin flavor. The chocolate chips give them such extra sweetness and are very good. The whole pan was almost gone by the end of the day. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a scrumptious fall dessert!

In a slightly different recipe, I used 1/2 almond flour and 1/2 quinoa flour and I thought they turned out great. I also cut down on the sugar.

I made these bars for the first time and took them to work. All day long my coworkers were raving about how good they were, with just the right amount of pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Several even asked for the recipe. I topped them with homemade cream cheese icing and wow, it made my eyes roll back in my head, they were that good!
