Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chocolate covered toffee baking bits

Preheat oven to 350 | |

Cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. | |

Add the egg, vanilla, and salt and mix well. | |

Add baking soda, baking powder, and flour and mix until combined. | |

Stir in oats, cranberries, and chocolate chips. | |

Drop by 2 TBS scoops about 2" apart on a silicone mat or parchment paper lined cookie sheet. | |

Bake 8-9 minutes. Allow to cool a few minutes on the cookie sheet before transferring to a cooling rack. | |
