Chocolate Cranberry Toffee Cookies Recipe

Chocolate Cranberry Toffee Cookies Recipe

This Chocolate Cranberry Toffee Cookies Recipe is absolutely delicious! Crisp edges, perfectly chewy centers, and loaded with a unique blend of mix-ins!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chocolate covered toffee baking bits

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Step 2
Cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Step 3
Add the egg, vanilla, and salt and mix well.
Step 4
Add baking soda, baking powder, and flour and mix until combined.
Step 5
Stir in oats, cranberries, and chocolate chips.
Step 6
Drop by 2 TBS scoops about 2" apart on a silicone mat or parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
Step 7
Bake 8-9 minutes.
Allow to cool a few minutes on the cookie sheet before transferring to a cooling rack.
Step 8
Once completely cooled, store in an airtight container.
