This yummy snack cake is like a cross between a chewy blondie and a moist, fluffy cake. I don’t know why it’s called snack cake…maybe so we don’t feel guilty about eating a piece at 10 am with our morning coffee?? All I know is, this Nutella Pumpkin Swirl Snack Cake is delicious! It tastes like the holidays and it’s super easy to make!
I just love a swirled dessert, don’t you? They are so pretty and look rather impressive, but they’re super simple to make! I love when that happens!
The day we made these, I had a serious chocolate craving. I had planned on making a pumpkin dessert but I could not get chocolate off my mind. Then I found a jar of Nutella in the party, and after a spoonful (or 2), inspiration hit me for these bars. This is the perfect dessert for when you need something easy and festive but need to satisfy your chocolate cravings too!
