Nutella Pumpkin Swirl Snack Cake is an easy dessert recipe filled with the festive flavors of pumpkin spice, and thick, rich swirls of Nutella throughout!

- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup nutella melted
Preheat oven to 350In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugars for one minute. Add pumpkin puree, egg, salt, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice, and mix well.
Mix in baking powder and flour until combined.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Spread batter into a greased 13x9" pan and set aside.
Drop small spoonfuls of Nutella in random spots over the pumpkin layer and swirl with a butter knife until desired look is achieved. Do not over do it or you will lose the swirled effect.
Bake 15-18 minutes or until tester comes out with moist crumbs. Do not over bake. Let cool completely and store covered at room temperature.
