How to Make Lemon Curd

This is an easy recipe for How to Make Lemon Curd! It's so simple to make and the taste just can't be beat! Smooth, bright, and full of pure lemon flavor!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Directions

In a medium bowl cream the butter and sugar until light and creamy. Add eggs and lemon juice and mix well. Add to a saucepan and cook over low heat until it thickens and begins to simmer (about 10 min). Turn off heat and let cool. Store sealed in the refrigerator. |
