As the weather warms up I start craving light, fresh, bright flavors! Oranges are one of my favorite fruits, I just love the vibrant citrus flavor these bars have. And the crust. Oh boy, is the crust ever delicious!
My 5 year old daughter LOVES lemon bars. She even asked for them for her birthday! These bars are just like lemon bars except with an orange filling. It’s basically pie in bar form, which means they are super easy to make! The flavors are awesome – so bright and fresh, and the buttery, slightly sweet crust is the perfect compliment. My girl now loves these just as much as the lemon bars! That’s really saying something 🙂
