Ingredients
Brownies
- 1 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
Cheesecake
- 16oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cups Butterfinger baking bits
Topping
- 3/4 cups Butterfinger baking bits
- 1/3 cup hot fudge, warmed (optional)

Step 1 | |
Preheat oven to 350. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and cocoa powder. Add sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt, and whisk until well combined. Mix in eggs, one at a time. Stir in flour just until incorporated. Spread batter into a greased 9x13" pan and set aside. | |

Step 2 | |
I a mixing bowl beat cream cheese until very smooth and light. Add sugar and beat again. Add vanilla and egg and mix just until combined. Stir in Butterfingers. Carefully spread over brownie batter. | |
Topping | |
Step 3 | |
Top batter with remaining Butterfingers. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cheesecake is set up but still slightly jiggly. Allow to cool, then cover and chill at least 4 hours before serving. If desired, drizzle with hot fudge. |
