When you need to whip up an amazing snack or dessert, and you only have a few minutes, THIS is the recipe you need!! It would be a perfect addition to your holiday dessert spreads, too! This fluff is dangerously delicious!
I have to admit something: I don’t like pumpkin pie. I know. I feel like a food blogger fraud. I try it every year but after one bite, I’m done. It’s fine, but not worth the calories, in my opinion. I’d much rather have a brownie and a giant spoonful of this ridiculously addicting Pumpkin Pie Oreo Cheesecake Fluff.
It has a light fluffy cheesecake texture, with the flavors of pumpkin pie, a slight crunch from the golden Oreos, and a bit of chew from the marshmallows. Heavenly!
I am totally making this for one of our thanksgiving desserts this year. And maybe every year. Whatever you are imagining this to taste like…it’s better!! Just trust me. Serve it with a spoon like I did, or as a dip with more oreos, graham crackers, apples – whatever you like! Just do yourself a favor and make it 🙂
Pumpkin Pie Oreo Cheesecake Fluff
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- dash salt
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 14 Golden Oreos or Pumpkin Pie Oreos (chopped)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
- Mix in powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and pumpkin.
- Gently stir in Cool Whip, Oreos, and marshmallows.
- Cover and chill at least an hour before serving. Can be made a day in advance.
- Serve with Golden Oreos, vanilla wafers, graham crackers, pretzels, or apple slices!

Oh yum! This looks like it’s worth every single calorie! Golden Oreos are my kryptonite, so I’m pretty sure that a bowl of this stuff would last 5 minutes tops in my house. 🙂
