This easy Candy Candy Fudge is so simple to make and is the perfect treat or holiday parties and Christmas cookie trays! This is mint chocolate bliss!

Ingredients

  • 16oz semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 12oz white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoons peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cans sweetened condensed milk (7oz)
  • 3 candy canes (chopped)

Directions

Step 1
Line a 10" square pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a glass bowl add chocolate chips and condensed milk. Heat in the microwave for about 90 seconds, stirring at 30 second intervals until melted and smooth. Pour into prepared pan. In a separate bowl melt white chocolate and condensed milk. Heat in the microwave for about 90 seconds, stirring at 30 second intervals until melted and smooth. Stir in peppermint extract. Pour over the chocolate layer and gently spread evenly. Sprinkle immediately with chopped candy canes. Chill until set - at least 2 hours. Cut into bite sized squares.

If this takes anything like the mocha at Starbucks, I’m sold! What a great treat for the holidays.

That looks amazing, I love fudge. I have yet to try any with peppermint, but that looks way to good to pass up.

I have never tried that; I don’t go to Starbucks very often, but I’m going to make a point of going and ordering one, I know I’d love it! This fudge looks fantastic, I love that you went half and half white and semisweet.

Why is it that Peppermint is synonymous with Christmas time? Because I want this fudge all year long!
