Girl Scout Cookie Cupcakes are a delicious way to enjoy the fabulous flavors of Thin Mints and Samoas all year long – even when the cookies are not for sale!

Big thanks to the J.M. Smucker Company for sponsoring this post!

Thin Mint Cupcakes - Easy Cupcakes that taste just like Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies!

What is you favorite Girl Scout Cookie flavor? My husband loves Samoas, and I can eat an embarrassing amount of Thin Mints.  I don’t know what’s in those cookies (magic?), but I cannot resist them! So of course I jumped at the chance to make Caramel and Coconut (Samoas) and Thin Mints Cupcakes!

Thin Mint Cupcakes - Easy Cupcakes that taste just like the Girl Scout Cookies!!

I was so excited to try the new  Pillsbury™ Girl Scout Cookie™ inspired baking mixes! I mean, just look…Chocolate ganache heaven!!

Easy Thin Mint Cupcakes -Cupcakes that taste just like the Girl Scout Cookies!

These are the varieties available:

Girl Scouts® Thin Mints® Flavored Brownie Mix

Girl Scouts® Thin Mints® Flavored Cupcake Mix

Girl Scouts® Caramel & Coconut Flavored Blondie Mix

Girl Scouts® Caramel & Coconut Flavored Cupcake Mix

Caramel and Coconut Cupcakes - Easy Cupcakes that taste just like the Samoas Girl Scout Cookies!

I got to try the blondies and brownies last month (you can check those out here). Those didn’t last long 😉

And now I’ve tried the cupcakes as well, and I have to say, I am torn. Usually chocolate cake is a clear winner for me, but this time I kept going back and forth.

Samoas Cupcakes - Easy Cupcakes that taste just like the Samoas Girl Scout Cookies!-2

The Thin Mints cupcakes are delicious, and just what you’d expect: chocolatey and minty. The ganache on top is on point!

But I think the Samoas cupcakes were my fave! The cake is nice and moist with the added texture of a bit of coconut. And the chocolate caramel ganache?? So gooooood!

Basically, you can’t go wrong here. If you love the Girl Scout cookies, you’re going to love these too! Which one is your favorite?

Keep up on all that’s happening with Pillsbury on Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram.
