Gingerbread Fudge

Print recipe
Serves 49
Prep time 10 minutes
Have a holly jolly Christmas with a plate of Gingerbread Fudge! It tastes just like a gingerbread cookie, with the smooth, rich, creamy texture of fudge!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • sprinkles

Directions

Step 1
In a glass bowl, heat the white chocolate and condensed milk in the microwave for about 60-90 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
Step 2
Stir in molasses and spices.
Spread evenly into a parchment paper lined 8x8" pan.
Immediately add sprinkles, if desired.
Chill at least 3 hours or until set.
Cut into small squares and store lightly covered in the refrigerator.

Hello! To clarify… is it “3 to 4 cups” of condensed milk, or “3/4 of a cup”?
    Thanks!

I tried another Gingerbread Fudge recipe last Christmas It was supposed to mold well into little gingerbread men. They never set up, and I had to destroy the shapes to get them out of the molds. I’d like to try molding your recipe this year. Do you think it would work in little molds?

To be honest, I have not tried it in molds. so I can’t say for sure. It is a creamier fudge…I think if you freeze them before removing from the molds, that would help them come out cleaner. If you try it, let me know how it goes!

This fudge should freeze well correct? That is if there is any left! Haha. I would like to make bulk and have at will for the holiday season and all the potential parties.
