Have a holly jolly Christmas with a plate of Gingerbread Fudge! It tastes just like a gingerbread cookie, with the smooth, rich, creamy texture of fudge!
- 3/4 cups sweetened condensed milk
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
|In a glass bowl, heat the white chocolate and condensed milk in the microwave for about 60-90 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth.|
|Stir in molasses and spices. |
Spread evenly into a parchment paper lined 8x8" pan.
Immediately add sprinkles, if desired.
Chill at least 3 hours or until set.
Cut into small squares and store lightly covered in the refrigerator.
