Easy Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Fudge

Print recipe
This Easy Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Fudge is hands down the best fudge ever!! It is so so simple to make and it is out of this world delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 28 mini peanut butter cups (quartered (about 1 1/2 cups))

Directions

Step 1
In a medium saucepan over medium/low heat, melt the chocolate chips with the butter. Once smooth and completely melted remove from heat and stir in the condensed milk. Pour half the batter in a separate bowl.
Step 2
In one bowl gently stir in half of the Reese's and spread evenly into a parchment paper lined 8" square pan. Add peanut butter to the other bowl and swirl but do not completely combine into the chocolate. Carefully stir in remaining Reese's and spread into the pan over the chocolate layer.
Chill in the refrigerator at least 2 hours. Lift fudge out of the pan and remove the paper before slicing into squares. Cover and refrigerate leftovers.

Hi, I was wondering if this fudge could be frozen?

    Thank you!

Yes! It freezes really well! It should keep for a couple months that way. Enjoy!

Hi Jean! Yes, you can freeze this. I wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and them put it in a freezer bag. It should keep about 3 months! Enjoy!

I made this last week. Over the top sweet & rich. I did make a change in the chocolate – cutting back to 1.5 cups of semi-sweet then broke up a Lindt bar of 93% Cacoa to darken up a little & cut some of the sweetness.
Think next time, I might cut back on the peanut butter addition.
Rave reviews though from all who tasted. THanks for sharing.

Sounds great, but a little confused – am I reading wrong? In Step 2, “remaining Reese’s …” When did we separate?

You will add half of the Reese’s to the chocolate fudge and the other half to the peanut butter fudge. Sorry for the confusion! This fudge is awesome, I hope you try it! šŸ™‚

I never boil fudge anymore either… this method is so much easier. For some reason I only make fudge around Christmas but I think I need to think of some fun fudge recipes for summer šŸ™‚
