Chocolate Covered Peanut Energy Bites

Chocolate Covered Peanut Energy Bites
Prep time 15 minutes
These Chocolate Covered Peanut Energy Bites are a simple, no bake snack that satisfy your hunger and your sweet tooth in a healthy, delicious way!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates (pitted and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cups old fashioned oats
  • 4-6 tablespoons water

Directions

Step 1
In a food processor pulse the dates and peanuts. Add the cocoa, oats, and 4 Tbs water and pulse until a dough starts to form. If too dry add more water 1 Tbs at a time until you are able to roll into balls.
Step 2
Roll into 24 1" balls. Enjoy right away and store covered in the refrigerator.
