Chocolate Covered Peanut Energy Bites

Ever since I made these Lemon Pie Energy Bites, my kids have been begging for me to make more. They call these “ball candies” and always ask if they can have them for dessert.  I say yes, of course, and they think I’m the best mom ever! No one needs to tell them these are healthy!

Easy No Bake Chocolate Covered Peanut Energy Bites

I am really on an energy bite kick these days. And for good reason!

*They are super duper easy to make.

*They are no bake.

*The kids (yes, even my 3 year olds) can help make them.

*They are good for you!

*They are so yummy and my kids think they’re eating dessert.

Would it work with almonds instead of peanuts, too? Sounds so delicious!

Don’t you just love it when the kiddos get excited by something you make and ask for more 🙂 Just think down the road of life they will look back and remember the bites of their childhood!

I’m still, dragging from the time change. I could use a little extra help in the energy department!

Yummy! I love this one almost as much as the lemon one. I love that I can offer this mostly healthy treat for dessert..and everyone is happy!

We love energy bites here…they’re so great for after school or post-workout snacks. This version has “must make these” written all over it.

Yum! I’m totally going to make these! I’m always looking for different healthier snacks. It definitely is a win when you make a healthy snack for the kids and they think it’s dessert! 😉

I love a healthy, no-cook treat like these energy bites! And the bite-size pieces help with portion control as well.

When chocolate is in the name and the treat is brown, they think it’s dessert so cheers on a healthy treat for the kids!

I love energy bites for many reasons– how they are no bake, how easy they are. But most importantly, how great they taste! These look amazing!
