How many calories in one ball ?n
Just finished making these and they’re one of the best energy bites I’ve ever made! I added 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed for added nutrients and 2 tsp vanilla to really bring out the ‘cookie dough’ flavor. My 2 yr old loves them too!
How many calories are in 1 ball?
do you happen to know what the calories, carbs and fats content would be in these little bites?
Hi. Is there a substitute for the oats? Thanks!
Stephanie Brubaker says
At this point I have only made these using oats. I will report back if I find a good substitute 🙂
Ok, thank you!
