Chewy Chocolate Nutella Cookie Bars - Easy and AMAZING!!!

Read on chocolate lovers – this recipe is for you! These chewy, fudgy bars are loaded with creamy nutella and sweet chocolate chips, with crackly tops you just can’t resist! They mix up in just minutes and before you know it you’re ready to indulge in a warm, gooey, chocolate nutella bite of heaven!

Chewy Chocolate Nutella Cookie Bars - Fudgy, chocolate heaven!

Oh my goodness, you guys. These bars!! They are like a cross between a brownie and a cookie, and their level of chocolate goodness in on point. I plead the 5th on how many of these I ate…let’s just say it was more than 1 but less than the whole pan 🙂

This is one of the easiest desserts you can make, and they are also one of the most delicious! Just make sure you don’t over bake them  – no one likes a dry cookie bar!

And no, it isn’t a typo that there isn’t any baking powder in the recipe. I wanted a rich, dense cookie bar, and this recipe delivers! And for the love of all things yummy – warm these up before eating. Hello gooey deliciousness! Enjoy!

Chewy Chocolate Nutella Cookie Bars - So easy, and crazy delicious!

I love the thought that these are a cross between a brownie and a cookie. My two favorite sweets in the world!

I am a HUGE fan of not putting baking powder in my brownies or blondies. The result is just so much more dense and fudgy. These look great! I made a nutella bar just yesterday, great minds thin alike 🙂
