I love having energy bites on hand. They are awesome for a quick breakfast, and they’re a great snack that tricks you into thinking you’re easting dessert!
Sometimes I make these as pictured, putting everything in the food processor, and sometimes I just mash the banana and stir it all together, leaving the oats whole. I like them both ways. This way kind of tastes like cookie dough, and the other way tastes more like a chewy granola bar! I love playing with different flavors too.
