These Turtle Cheesecake Brownies are outrageously delicious. It's the perfect easy dessert that never fails to impress! Everyone will rave about them!

Ingredients

Brownies

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour

Cheesecake

  • 8oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs

Topping

  • 1/3 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup salted pecans (chopped)
  • sea salt (to taste *optional)

Directions

Brownies
Step 1
In a microwave safe bowl melt the butter. Add melted butter, cocoa, and sugar to a mixing bowl and stir until well blended. Add salt and eggs, stirring after each addition. Add flour and stir until well combined. Pour batter evenly into a greased 9x13" pan. Set aside.
Cheesecake
Step 2
In a mixing bowl beat together cream cheese, sugar, and sour cream until creamy and smooth. Add eggs and beat well. Pour evenly over brownie layer.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until cheesecake is set. Do not over bake! Let cool at room temperature before topping.
Topping
Step 3
Drizzle caramel over brownie cheesecake (you may need to microwave for 20 seconds first so it's thin enough to drizzle). Immediately sprinkle on chocolate chips, pecans, and sea salt. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before cutting and serving.

can you please put the ingredient measurements in grams/kg/millilitres or litres instead of ounces and cups I find it easier with grams etc.

Whoa! I can’t resist featuring your brownies Stephanie. Sounds like an easy recipe and beautiful photos to go with it. And you have that precious new baby! Congratulations! He is beautiful. You can see your feature live on “Inspiration Monday Party” this Sunday @ 2pm EST. In addition…I have more good news for you. I would love to feature your brownies on “Redhead’s Kitchen” Feb. 12th. Redhead’s Kitchen is a new recipe theme series on redheadcandecorate.com where I feature other blogs every other week along with something of mine (I will be using 1 photo and link back to you). Then I promote the heck out of it by pinning & sharing on my FB page. Then at the end of the month, your recipe will be featured yet again at Debbiedoo’s. 3 features..not bad for a Wed.! Congrats…Julie redheadcandecorate, com
