Ingredients
- 3/4 cups coconut oil
- 1/4 cup hot water (or brewed coffee)
- 3/4 cups cocoa powder
- 1 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions

Preheat oven to 350. To a mixing bowl add coconut oil, water, cocoa powder, and sugar and beat well. Add eggs and mix well. Add vanilla, salt, baking powder, and baking soda, and mix again. Add flour and mix just until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. | |

Drop dough by 2 TBS scoops onto a parchment or silicone lined baking sheet, 2" apart. Bake 7-8 minutes. Let cool on sheet a few minutes before transferring to wire rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container. |
