Good recipe. Adding a pat of butter at the end of cooking makes pudding a little richer. Who doesnโ€™t like butter!!!

I just made this and it’s awesome! I put it into two bowls and stirred a handful of chocolate chips into one bowl till melted. I’m hoping there will be some left for tomorrow…..but it doesn’t look like it. They’re both going fast. ๐Ÿ™‚

Full disclosure… I’ve never actually made banana pudding from scratch, even though it’s my second-favourite pudding flavour in the world (right after salted caramel, which everyone knows is the best pudding in the whole wide world). And considering how easy it is to make, I’m clearly overdue!

I love banana pudding, from scratch, from a box, out of a trough, if you put banana pudding in front of me I’ll eat it all up. This looks utterly scrumptious.

I always have bananas around, and this would be a fun change from the usual banana bread. My kids would love it!

I adore banana pudding all on it’s own, but a few vanilla wafers and banana slices never hurt anything either. I can’t wait to see what else you do with it.

I love making Banana Pudding from scratch. It tastes so much better than using the boxed pudding mix. My husband loves pineapple so I make banana pudding and us crushed pineapple (drained real well) as a treat for him on special occasions..
