Snickerdoodle Cheesecake Stuffed Crescents

I have a thing for snickerdoodles. Everyone in my family has a thing for snickerdoodles. I am usually all about the chocolate but something about that cinnamon sugary goodness is just irresistible! Combine that with creamy cheesecake and flaky crescent dough and you have a snack (or dessert, or…breakfast?) that is hard to beat!

Easy Snickerdoodle Cheesecake Crescents

These are so simple to make, especially because I cheated and used refrigerated crescent dough. I took each triangle and flattened them out slightly. Then spread the cheesecake filling on the dough leaving about a 1/4 – 1/2″ around the edges. Then press another triangle right on top and seal around the edges and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

One of these fresh from the oven with a hot cup of coffee is pretty darn wonderful!
