Thanksgiving is only a few days away, are you ready? This holiday is treated as a total pig out day for many, and it usually results in a few extra pounds.
I am not going to try to tell you to pile your plate with turkey (white meat only) and raw veggies on Thursday, I’m not cruel. I tweaked my Skinny Pumpkin Pie Dip and turned it into a svelte pumpkin pie in a glass. The flavors you love in the holiday standby are all here. What you won’t find? All those calories, fat, and sugar.
You may be questioning whether such a thing actually tastes good. It does, kids. I don’t typically even like pumpkin pie and I have made and eaten this three times already. Even my 3 year old loved it!
So bring on the pumpkin pie…and the skinny jeans!!!
