Thanksgiving is only a few days away, are you ready? This holiday is treated as a total pig out day for many, and it usually results in a few extra pounds.

I am not going to try to tell you to pile your plate with turkey (white meat only) and raw veggies on Thursday, I’m not cruel. But if you’re looking to save a few calories come dessert, or perhaps you have guests who can’t eat sugar, or maybe you will be by yourself this year – I have a guilt free, yet still traditional dessert for you!

I tweaked my Skinny Pumpkin Pie Dip and turned it into a svelte pumpkin pie in a glass. The flavors you love in the holiday standby are all here. What you won’t find? All those calories, fat, and sugar.

You may be questioning whether such a thing actually tastes good. It does, kids. I don’t typically even like pumpkin pie and I have made and eaten this three times already. Even my 3 year old loved it!

So bring on the pumpkin pie…and the skinny jeans!!!

I am currently on the Weight Watchers point plus system. Your desserts look amazing! Do you have the caloric info or point values handy? Maybe I am just not seeing them if they are here. My apologies if so.

Loving pumpkin pie and – mostly – the fact that it’s skinny: a must try!

I’m all for guilt free dessert, especially since I know I’ll be stuffing myself with…. well, stuffing! This is a wonderful alternative to pumpkin pie. I’m not a fan of that pie, but I could see eating lots of this!

I love this idea (because I LOVE pumpkin pie!) I might just have to substitute the graham crust with an almond variety as those crackers are a tad bit elusive over here in Mexico!

I love that you’re on a pumpkin kick, missy! You went from being hesitant around the stuff to full-on embracing it–totally awesome! This skinny pie looks incredible. I’ll definitely need one come the end of dinner.

Will have to make more than one, will want seconds I am sure. All these for one recipes are a great idea. There is two of us now, so wouldn’t be a big deal to double-up. Thanks for all the recipes to try.

I am SO in love with this recipe. I need to make it (and other versions) for myself. And for my dad, who can’t have sugar. 🙂
