Halloween Cookie Idea - Chocolate Salted Caramel Reese's Cookies!

So, I made this dip last week and it was insane. I needed to find a way to incorporate it into more desserts. My kids were begging to help me make cookies, so cookies it was!

Chocolate Salted Caramel Reeses Cookie - soft, chewy, gooey cookie heaven!

I couldn’t decide between chocolate or peanut butter cookies so I decided not to force myself to choose. I don’t need that kind of stress. I used both flavors here!

I made soft, chewy chocolate cookies for the base then slathered on a whipped cream cheese salted caramel. I love the slight tang the cream cheese adds. It keeps these cookies from being overly sweet! A nice sprinkling of sea salt and Reese’s Pieces are the finishing touches.

The caramel stays slightly soft, so you can’t just pile these cookies on top of each other or throw them in a bag. Store them in a single layer. But the gooey-ness of that caramel layer is what will keep you coming back for seconds 🙂 Enjoy!

Holy cow these look delicious! They would be my downfall and I’d definitely would have to buy bigger pants if these were in my house.
