Salted Butterscotch Chocolate Fudge

Salted Butterscotch Chocolate Fudge
Serves 64
Step aside, salted caramel mocha! This Salted Butterscotch Chocolate Fudge is about to be all the rage! This easy no fail fudge is sure to be a new favorite!

Ingredients

Chocolate Layer

  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cans sweetened condensed milk (7 oz)

Butterscotch Layer

  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cans sweetened condensed milk (7 oz)
  • 1/2 teaspoons coarse sea salt

Directions

Chocolate Layer
Step 1
In a microwave safe bowl melt the chocolate chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Set aside.
Butterscotch Layer
Step 2
In a microwave safe bowl melt the butterscotch chips, butter, and sweetened condensed milk in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Add salt and stir. Set aside.
Step 3
Line a 8x8" pan with lightly greased parchment paper. Pour chocolate layer into the pan and spread into an even layer. Pour butterscotch layer over chocolate layer and carefully spread into an even layer. Sprinkle with a little sea salt. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until firm. Cut into squares. Store covered in the refrigerator.
