Reese’s Hot Fudge Cookies
Lovers of chocolate and peanut butter, you must try these Reese's Hot Fudge Cookies! They are fudgy, thick, soft, and perfectly chewy! Dangerously delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cups hot fudge
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 25 mini peanut butter cups

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
In a large mixing bowl cream the butter and sugar. Add the cocoa powder and mix until well blended. Beat in the hot fudge. Add the egg, salt, and vanilla, mixing until well incorporated. Gradually mix in the flour and baking powder until combined. Mix in the peanut butter cups until they start to break apart. Stir in chocolate chips.
Step 2
Drop heaping tablespoons of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet 2" apart. Bake for 7-8 minutes and let rest on the cookie sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool. Store in an airtight container.

These look delicious and dangerous at the same time – I don’t think the cookie dough would get to the pan to bake – however, I’m willing to try my hardest 🙂
