Chewy No Bake Chocolate Chip Granola Bites - the perfect easy snack! #granolabars #snacks #nobake

When it’s hot outside, no bake snacks are the way to go! These easy homemade granola bars only take a few minutes to make – and they pretty much get gobbled up just as fast!

Chewy No Bake Chocolate Chip Granola Bars - so easy and only takes a few minutes! #granolabars #snacks #nobake

I love making fun snacks for my kids, and I really love it when the recipe is easy enough that they can help make it with me!

I haven’t bought granola bars from the store in many years. It really is SO easy to make your own at home. The best part is that you can add in anything you want! We wanted a basic chewy chocolate chip granola bar – but we made them extra special by cutting them into bite sized pieces and dipping the ends in chocolate. Because everything is better dipped in chocolate, yes?

Oh ‘m gosh – Did you hear that?! That was me, screaming like a teenage girl. Oh, these look soooooo amazing. It’s too bad I’m reading this post at work; otherwise I’d get right to making (and eating) these!

These look great! No-bake is fantastic, especially when it’s summer and I don’t want to turn on the oven and add more heat to the house.
