Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bubble Up

This Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bubble Up bake is an easy to make fall dessert that will have everyone raving! Like pumpkin cinnamon rolls without all the work!
Ingredients
- 2 cans jumbo buscuits (16 oz each)
- 1 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1/3 cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and roll them into balls. | |
Step 2 | |
In a large bowl stir together pumpkin, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Drop in the rolled up biscuits and stir to coat. Roll each ball into a bowl of the brown sugar and place them in a greased 8x11" pan. Sprinkle any remaining sugar on top. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the pan. Bake 35 minutes. Serve warm. |

hi, i’m new to your site and i’m interested in attempting the PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP BUBBLE UP. I interpreted
the recipe to say 1/3 cup of chocolate chips. When I looked at the mouthwatering photo it appeared to contain a lot more than 1/3 cup of chips. Please advise. Thank You

I really did use just 1/3 cup. The mini chips make it seem like there’s a lot more – but that’s it! You could certainly add more if you want. I never object to extra chocolate 🙂
