Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bubble Up is like a cross between pumpkin cinnamon rolls and pumpkin bread pudding. This fall dessert is easy to make and tastes divine!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bubble Up - like fall itself bked in a pan! #pumpkinrecipe #bubleup #falldessert

Oh my goodness, you guys!! This Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bubble Up is like fall itself baked in a pan. The aroma as it bakes is intoxicating. My pumpkin hating husband and pumpkin loving children alike were clamoring for  taste as I pulled it from the oven. This is one of the best things I’ve made – it’s seriously amazing!   Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bubble Up Bake - impossibly delicious!! #falldessert #pumpkin There are very few ingredients in this recipe and it’s so easy to make! Your fall will not be complete without this dessert! I hear it makes a yummy breakfast too…not that I know from experience. The inside is like the center of a cinnamon roll. Except it’s filled with pumpkin, cinnamon, brown sugar, and ooey gooey chocolate chips. The top has a slightly crunchy  brown sugar crust that seals the deal. Now excuse me while I go polish off the rest of the pumpkin goodness!

hi, i’m new to your site and i’m interested in attempting the PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP BUBBLE UP. I interpreted
the recipe to say 1/3 cup of chocolate chips. When I looked at the mouthwatering photo it appeared to contain a lot more than 1/3 cup of chips. Please advise. Thank You

I really did use just 1/3 cup. The mini chips make it seem like there’s a lot more – but that’s it! You could certainly add more if you want. I never object to extra chocolate 🙂

Can you believe I’ve never had a bubble-up bake?! I know, what am I thinking?! But I MUST remedy that misfortune by making a huge pan of this. OMG!

My mouth is watering a bit just seeing all of those chocolate chips and thinking of how melty and yummy they’d be.

Oh my gosh – sheer decadence! I think I need to eat it for breakfast with my coffee (that will give me the whole day to work it off, right). It looks so mouthwatering.
