Peanut Butter Butterfinger Bars are a rich and chewy, easy dessert recipe! Fudgy, brownie like bars topped with crunchy Butterfinger bits and chocolate chips!
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 10oz Butterfinger baking bits (or chopped Butterfingers)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 Place butter, peanut butter, and chips in a glass bowl and heat in the microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring each time, until melted. | |

Stir in sugar, vanilla, and salt. Add eggs and mix until well combined. Add baking soda and flour, stirring gently until incorporated. | |

Spread batter into a greased 13x9" pan and sprinkle evenly with Butterfinger bits and chocolate chips. Press gently to help them stick. | |
Step 4 | |
Bake for 15 minutes or until edges are golden and start to pull away from the sides of the pan. Do not over bake! Let cool before cutting into bars. |
