Muddy Buddy Crunch Bars

Muddy Buddy Crunch Bars

These easy, 5 minute, No Bake Muddy Buddy Crunch Bars have all the incredible chocolate and peanut butter taste as regular muddy buddies, in a less messy bar!

Ingredients

  • 6 cups Captain Crunch Cereal (or similar)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 12oz chocolate (can use chocolate chips, almond bark, or any of your favorite chocolate)
  • 1/2 cups peanut butter
  • 1/4 cups powdered sugar

Directions

Step 1
In a large microwave safe bowl melt the chocolate, butter, and peanut butter. Stir after 30 seconds in the microwave, and again every 15 seconds until melted and smooth. Pour the cereal in and stir gently until well coated. Press into a greased 9" square baking dish. Refrigerate until set (about 30 minutes). Before serving, sprinkle on some powdered sugar. Store covered at room temperature.
