Mint Oreo Marshmallow Fudge
Serves 64
Prep time 10 minutes
This no fail Mint Oreo Marshmallow Fudge is fun and festive and so easy to make! It is smooth and creamy with crunchy Oreos and fluffy marshmallows! Bliss!

Ingredients

  • 12oz semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 12 Oreos (chopped)
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows divided (I used peppermint marshmallows)

Directions

Step 1
In a glass bowl melt the chocolate with the condensed milk in the microwave for 90 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Stir in the peppermint and oreos until well combined. Stir in 1 cup of marshmallows and spread into a parchment lined 8" square pan. Immediately pour remaining marshmallows on top and press gently into the fudge, just enough to make them stick. Let chill for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.

Every year I plan to send out Christmas cards and make food gifts for everyone. And I never do it. Maybe this year? Maybe…
