This Marshmallow Oreo Fudge Cake is rich and gooey and perfect for a holiday desert!

I am calling this a cake but it is SO fudgy it’s almost more like a brownie. It’s ooey gooey and absolutely divine!

Marshmallow Oreo Fudge Cake - Incredibly delicious with a secret ingredient!

There is pumpkin in the cake, but the pumpkin flavor is subtle. It mainly adds incredible moisture to the cake. The star of the show is the chocolate! You’re getting a triple dose of it too. Rich chocolate cake oozing with chocolate syrup, and filled and topped with Oreos! *swoon*

Marshmallow Oreo Poke Cake - Incredibly moist and chocolatey!

The marshmallows in in the batter melt while the cake is baking adding another level of scrumptious gooey-nessΒ  to this decadent dessert.

I think this cake would be the perfect finish to a holiday meal.Β  Enjoy!

This looks like heaven. Me and my bf love chocolate fudgy things and I was going to make it this weekend.

I do have one question, can I substitute the pumpkin puree for sweet potato puree?

    Just wondering…

Is pumpkin puree just canned pumpkin? Like you would use for pumpkin pie?

Is it necessary to have the pumpkin puree? Is there a substitute?

You can substitute greek yogurt or sour cream for the puree! Enjoy, Tonya πŸ™‚

I am making this cake right now…my family is so excited! Can you tell me how much salt should be in the recipe. It is mentioned in the directions but not the ingredient list. Thank you so much! Can’t wait to try it for dessert tonight.
