Light and Fluffy Chocolate Chip Muffins are perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a snack. These are the best muffins, and they're sure to become a favorite!
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
|Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 12 cavity muffin tin.|
|In a mixing bowl stir together butter, oil, sugars, eggs, yogurt, milk, and vanilla. Set aside.|
|In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder. Add to wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips. |
Spoon into muffin tin, filling 12 cavities about 3/4 full.
Bake 13-15 minutes or until tester inserted into center muffin comes out clean. Let cool 10 minutes in the pan before cooling completely on wire racks.
Store in a covered container.
