Homemade Samoas Brownies combine the flavors of the popular Girl Scout cookie with the best homemade fudge brownies!
Easy Homemade Samoas Brownies - Every time I make these, I love them more! https://backforseconds.com #samoas #brownierecipe #dessert

What could be better than a rich, fudgy brownie layered with gooey caramel coconut and topped with silky chocolate ganache? Nothing! These are surprisingly easy to make too – you don’t even need a mixer!

I make brownies all the time – they are my favorite. I love them plain and I also really love jazzing them up to make something extra special. I knew I hit the brownie jackpot when I made these! Holy smokes they’re good!

The first time I made these heavenly brownies was a couple years ago, before I had this blog. I just had to make them again so I could share them with you.
You’re welcome. 🙂

These are like a cross between German chocolate brownies and Samoas brownies. Whatever you call them, they are amazing! Now go make some!

Hi! I just found this recipe. Wow and yum! I want to make them tonight or tomorrow morning, but all i have is a jat of caramel or a bag of Kraft caramel bits. Do you
Think either one of these would work? Thanks. LOVE your recipes!!

Hi Jen! I think the caramel bits would be a perfect substitute. Enjoy!

I dont get where the 3-4 tablespoons of milk or cream go into the recipe? (the first ingredients on the list)

Sorry for the confusion. The milk goes in with the caramel in the filling. Enjoy!

I noticed it says to melt the caramels with milk but you don’t mention milk in the filling ingredients. How much milk is used in the filling?

Sorry about that! Add about 3 TBS milk to the caramel. Enjoy!

I only have regular butter. Can I substitute that for unsalted. If so, Do I leave out the salt called for in recipe?

Yes! I would add 1/4 tsp salt instead of 1/2 tsp. enjoy! 🙂
