Healthy Double Chocolate Blender Muffins
Healthy Double Chocolate Blender Muffins are an easy and delicious breakfast, dessert, or snack. No sugar, low fat, no flour, and no guilt! Just yummy!
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup oats
- 3/4 cups cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2/3 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2/3 cups hot water
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
Step 1 | |
Preheat oven to 350 Pulse oats in a blender or food processor until finely ground. Add everything else except for chocolate chips and mix very well. Stir in half of the chips. | |
Step 2 | |
Add liners to a muffin tin and fill 3/4 full. Bake 10 minutes then sprinkle tops with remaining chocolate chips. Bake another 4 minutes or until tester comes out clean. |
