These healthy muffins are light and fluffy, super chocolatey, and so yummy. They take about 5 minutes to whip up in the blender or food processor, and they are completely guilt free!!
I made these with my kids last week, and when they came out of the oven we were all counting down the minutes until they would be cooled off enough to eat. They looked so good. They smelled amazing. But would they taste good??
Well, let me put it this way. We all tried one and agreed they were surprisingly delicious! The next morning I awoke to my sweet, innocent children already downstairs…and chocolate smeared all over the kitchen.
We got ourselves breakfast!! they cheered.
I started cleaning up and when I opened the trash I saw a dozen empty chocolate muffin wrappers. My kids were happy and fed, and since these are healthy, I just poured my coffee and called it good. 🙂
