Healthy Brownie Bites

Healthy Brownie Bites are an easy, kid friendly, no bake, grab-and-go snack or lunchbox treat that will satisfy your chocolate cravings without the guilt!
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped, pitted dates
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup mashed banana (about 1/2 of a medium banana)
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons water
- 4-5 packets stevia (natural, plant based sweetener) (about 2 tsp)
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Step 1 | |
Add everything except chocolate chips to a food processor, and pulse until a dough forms. Add more water if too thick, and more sweetener to taste (if needed). Stir in chocolate chips. | |
Step 2 | |
Roll into 32 1" balls and store covered in the refrigerator. |

Stephanie, your recipe sounds good and healthy, but you really should give us
the dietary info to prove that it is healthy. I plan on making it with carob powder and mini chocolate chips.
