Halloween Nutella Fudge Brownies

Haloween Nutella Fudge Brownies

Haloween Nutella Fudge Brownies
Serves 15-20
Prep time 10 minutes
Cook time 20 minutes
Total time 30 minutes

Fudgy nutella brownies cut into festive shapes for Halloween. Use different cookie cutters for holidays like Christmas, Thanksgiving, Valentines Day, ST Patrick's Day, Easter, 4th of July, etc.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 3/4 cups cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cups nutella
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 12oz white chocolate ((can also use candy melts or almond bark))
  • sprinkles

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350*
Step 2
In a large microwave safe bowl melt the butter. Stir in cocoa powder until dissolved completely.
Step 3
Mix in the sugars, nutella, and salt. Add eggs one at a time and mix well after each addition. Stir in flour mixing just until fully incorporated.
Step 4
Spread batter into a greased jelly roll pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with fudgy crumbs.
Step 5
Let cool and place pan in the freezer for about 15 minutes. Use cookie cutters to cut brownies into halloween shapes.
Topping
Step 6
Melt white chocolate and add coloring as desired. Spread chocolate on brownies as desired making sure to add the sprinkles before the chocolate hardens.
