Tis the season for lots and lots of fudge! I recently shared recipes for No Fail M&M Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge, and Easy Salted Maple Nut Fudge, and once I got the idea in my mind for this Gingerbread Fudge, I just couldn’t wait to make it!
There is nothing quite like the warm spicy flavors of gingerbread. Molasses, ginger, cinnamon – it’s one of the coziest flavor combinations around!
My daughter LOVES molasses cookies, but I really only make them at Christmas time. I knew she would go crazy for this gingerbread fudge because the flavors are so similar.
Not only did she love it, but all 5 of my kids went bonkers over this fudge!
It’s so smooth and creamy, with warm cozy flavor, and the festive sprinkles (I used these and something similar to these) add some crunch and make it so pretty! This would make a lovely gift, and a perfect addition to your Christmas goodie trays!
And it will only take you about 10 minutes to make! Enjoy!

Hello! To clarify… is it “3 to 4 cups” of condensed milk, or “3/4 of a cup”?
Thanks!

I tried another Gingerbread Fudge recipe last Christmas It was supposed to mold well into little gingerbread men. They never set up, and I had to destroy the shapes to get them out of the molds. I’d like to try molding your recipe this year. Do you think it would work in little molds?
Stephanie Brubaker says
To be honest, I have not tried it in molds. so I can’t say for sure. It is a creamier fudge…I think if you freeze them before removing from the molds, that would help them come out cleaner. If you try it, let me know how it goes!

Gosh can’t wait to make this looks and sounds YUMMY

This fudge should freeze well correct? That is if there is any left! Haha. I would like to make bulk and have at will for the holiday season and all the potential parties.
Stephanie Brubaker says
Yes! I have some in the freezer now (but my kids keep sneaking pieces, lol!). It freezes perfectly 🙂 Enjoy!
