Easy Strawberry Cookies

Easy Strawberry Cookies
Prep time 10 minutes
Cook time 6 minutes
Total time 16 minutes
These soft and chewy strawberry cookies take just 3 ingredients to make plus whatever add-ins you like! This is the best recipe for Easy Strawberry Cookies!

Ingredients

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 1 stick butter (softened)
  • 1 egg
  • sprinkles
  • chocolate chips
  • white chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, butter, and egg until well blended. If using white chocolate or chocolate chips mix in 1 cup.
Scoop onto a cookie sheet 2" apart. If using sprinkles, roll balls of cookie dough in sprinkles before baking. Bake 6-7 minutes.
Let cool and store in a covered container at room temperature.
