So far during this pregnancy raw veggies have been one of the few things that appeal to me. This Easy Chopped Vegetable Salad could easily be lunch everyday. It’s refreshing, cold, flavorful, and filling.

This really is such a simple salad recipe. Chop up your veggies and cheese and stir in some ranch dressing, a bit of mayo, and dill. Eat it right away or prepare it several hours in advance and stick it in the fridge to make your meal planning easier. This is a great salad to bring to a picnic or potluck too! Everyone loves it!

Hi Stephanie, we tried this for dinner tonight with some modifications (minus the dill and I used honey mustard instead of ranch dressing) but it still tasted good and we loved it! Thank you for sharing!

Hi Stephanie! Pinned your delicious Broccoli salad to my It's easy to be Green board! Looks very appetizing, I will have to blanche the broccoli a couple of minutes for health reasons, but other than that is a must make recipe,

I adore anything that remotely resembles a good, crunchy broccoli salad. Love the cauliflower in this! Stopping by to say hi from Grow Your Blog 🙂
