Easy Chopped Vegetable Salad

This Easy Chopped Vegetable Salad is loaded with broccoli, cauliflower, and cheese! It's the perfect side dish or light lunch that everyone will love!
Ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli (chopped)
- 1 head cauliflower (chopped)
- 8oz carrots (julienned)
- 8oz cheddar chesse (chopped)
- 1/3 cup red onion (finely chopped)
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon dill
Directions

Mix everything together in a large bowl. Serve immediately or cover and chill until ready to eat. |
