Creamy Chicken Tortilla Roll Ups

These Creamy Chicken Tortilla Roll Ups make a great lunch, dinner, or game day food! They are super simple to make and everyone loves them!
Ingredients
- 1 bag Perdue Simply Smart Grilled Chicken Strips
- 8oz cream cheese (softened)
- 12oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup salsa
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 8 Medium flour tortillas
- lettuce
Directions
| Step 1 | |
| Heat the chicken according to package instructions. Set aside. | |
| Step 2 | |
| In a small bowl, stir together the ranch and salsa. Set aside. In another bowl stir together the cream cheese and 1 cup of cheddar. | |
| Step 3 | |
| Spread 1/8 of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla. Top with chicken. Spoon the salsa/ranch sauce over the chicken and top with lettuce and more cheddar. Roll up and enjoy! | |
