Creamy Chicken Tortilla Roll Ups

Creamy Chicken Tortilla Roll Ups
These Creamy Chicken Tortilla Roll Ups make a great lunch, dinner, or game day food! They are super simple to make and everyone loves them!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Perdue Simply Smart Grilled Chicken Strips
  • 8oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 12oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup salsa
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 8 Medium flour tortillas
  • lettuce

Directions

Step 1
Heat the chicken according to package instructions. Set aside.
Step 2
In a small bowl, stir together the ranch and salsa. Set aside.
In another bowl stir together the cream cheese and 1 cup of cheddar.
Step 3
Spread 1/8 of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla. Top with chicken. Spoon the salsa/ranch sauce over the chicken and top with lettuce and more cheddar. Roll up and enjoy!

    I’m loving the look of these little roll-ups. Perfect for lunch or a quick dinner. I had no idea you could get them pre-cooked but that is a huge time saver.
