I love quick and easy dinners like this Creamy Chicken Noodle Casserole. It’s a creamy, hearty version of one of the most loved soups of all time!
The things we eat the most of for dinner are soups, pastas, and casseroles. This yummy recipe for Creamy Chicken Noodle Casserole is a combination of all three of our favorites! It’s so easy to make, and you probably already have all of the needed ingredients on hand!
The flavors are so warm and comforting, and this easy dish is one the whole family will love! It’s basically chicken noodle soup that got a little creamier and heartier. It’s the perfect weeknight meal – especially on cold winter nights!

I measured out 12 oz raw noodles then cooked them, is that correct? Also in the pic it looks like you cut the noodles? Or do you break them small before cooking?
Stephanie Brubaker says
Yes, that is correct. I broke the noodles before cooking mainly because it makes it easier to eat. This is totally optional. Enjoy!

This looks so yummy and perfect for a winter time meal. I couldn’t tell at first that it was spaghetti you used from the pictures… was guessing hash-browns for some reason. Love the idea of spaghetti though. Thanks for sharing 🙂
