Chocolate Covered Peanut Energy Bites

These Chocolate Covered Peanut Energy Bites are a simple, no bake snack that satisfy your hunger and your sweet tooth in a healthy, delicious way!
Ingredients
- 1 cup dates (pitted and chopped)
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cups old fashioned oats
- 4-6 tablespoons water
Directions
Step 1 | |
In a food processor pulse the dates and peanuts. Add the cocoa, oats, and 4 Tbs water and pulse until a dough starts to form. If too dry add more water 1 Tbs at a time until you are able to roll into balls. | |
Step 2 | |
Roll into 24 1" balls. Enjoy right away and store covered in the refrigerator. |
