Now onto the main dish. This Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry seriously took less than 20 minutes from start to finish. I can’t tell you how much I love that 🙂 My kids are broccoli freaks. They eat it like candy. For real. And they all love steak too so I knew this would be a huge hit for dinner. The McCormick Gluten-Free Beef Gravy Mix pulled it all together. This is such a wonderful weeknight meal, and it’s perfect for a family fun night because it’s so quick and easy to make, you can spend your time playing games, watching movies, and goofing around rather than being stuck in the kitchen for hours.
This stir fry recipe can be found here. I love that their new seasoning mixes are gluten free, have no artificial flavors and are free of MSG, and they don’t cost any more than non-Gluten-Free counterparts. They may be gluten free, but these McCormick Gluten-Free Recipe Mixes are packed full of flavor! Visit the Recipe Collection at allrecipes.com for more flavorful gluten free meal ideas!
All of these recipes are gluten free as well. Just make sure for the Chex Mix you use gluten free pretzels and cheese crackers if gluten is a concern for you.
We have this book that I bought years ago that’s full of crazy, silly questions. I get such a kick out of it and love asking my kids and hubby these goofy questions. Some of them are just plain silly, but sometimes you actually find things out about each other that you never in a million years would have thought to ask.
We also love to grab pillows and blankets and cuddle up in the living room and watch a movie together. Or when the weather is nice we like to go for walks, bike rides, and wagon rides together. Really it’s more about taking a break from all the stress in life and just spending time focusing on each other.
What do you like to do for fun as a family?

That cheese dip has my name written all over it. My weakness is cheese and dip and cheese dip!

Chex Mix! I miss Chex Mix. We recently got Cheerios in Germany, though. At least it’s something. 😉
And both these recipes look great! I actually bring McCormick stuff over here with me whenever I visit my parents back home.

A family fun night is a great idea! I love all of these recipes, but that Taco Snack Mix is such an awesome idea – it’s getting made today. My “starving” just-home-from-school kids will thank you 🙂
