Cinco de Mayo is almost here, but if you’re like me, you don’t need a reason to enjoy some delicious Mexican food! This easy Cheesy Chicken Taco Stack is the perfect way to celebrate, whether it’s May 5th or a random Tuesday!
Mexican food is mine and my husbands favorite. This taco stack with a side of chips and guac is the perfect meal! One thing I just cannot do without when eating Mexican food is sour cream. It is a must.
I am so thrilled to me partnering with Shamrock Farms today to share about their line of sour creams. They have three flavors: French Onion, Zesty Jalapeno, and Creamy Ranch, as well as the original premium sour cream. I used the ranch one in this recipe, but you could also use plain. These sour creams are so rich and creamy, and I’m telling you, your baked potatoes, soups, potato wedges, tacos etc, will never taste more marvelous!
