Everyone loves banana bread, right? This recipe just might be the very best banana bread ever! I made two loaves at the same time…I won’t tell you how quickly they disappeared. This bread is perfect for breakfast, an afternoon snack, or for a little something sweet before bed. Basically it’s so delicious you will want to eat it all day long.
I love making quick breads like this in the evening, and I usually make a double batch. That way there’s one for the freezer, and one for quick and easy breakfasts or snacks throughout the week (or 2 days *ahem*).
I like to microwave mine for a few seconds to get the chips all melted and gooey.
Now I’m craving it all over again! Good thing I have a loaf in the freezer 🙂
