Apple Pie Cheesecake Fluff
No bake Apple Pie Cheesecake Fluff has all the flavors of apple pie and cheesecake, in one easy dip! A great side dish or dessert for holidays and parties!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups apples, peeled, cored, and chopped (I like using Granny Smith)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 8oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8oz Cool Whip
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • dash nutmeg
  • dash cloves
  • 1 cup crushed pecan sandies (about 8 cookies)

Directions

Step 1
Place apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar in a skillet over medium heat. Cook about 8-10 minutes or until apples have softened.
Allow to cool completely.
Step 2
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Mix in powdered sugar.
Stir in cool whip.
Add apples and cookies and stir.
Cover and chill until ready to serve.
